Look out for the huge iron gate!! (dedicated to my twin kathryn)
well the first story i have is one that happened at my school when i was in third year which was 2 years ago. it involves my twin sister Kathryn and my three friends; Rachel, Liv and abbey. it was a hot day at school and it was lunch times. at lunchtimes in the summer me and my friends always go on the astro-turf to play football or just sit and talk. this time me and Liv were talking in these little hut things you sit in at the side of the astro, called boxes. my other two friends abbey and Rachel were what you could say as bullying but in a funny way. we always picked on Kathryn because it was funny and she didn't mind it. so anyway this time Rachel and abbey had stolen her phone and when Kathryn realised she started chasing them. abbey and Rachel both ran of the astro and towards the wearing buildings. Kathryn followed them at top speed while me and Liv looked on laughing. every second she got closer to the huge iron gate that lead out from the astro. i turned to Liv and said "what is she doing" wondering why she wasn't slowing down. she just got faster and faster. until she was only 3 feet away from the door when we realised that she wasn't going to stop. all of a sudden BANG! she ran at full speed straight into the iron gate. me, Liv, abbey and Rachel all rounded over laughing. i think it was probably the time that i must have cried the most at while i was laughing. we all couldn't stop. Kathryn slowly walked back towards me and Liv looking like she had been drinking for 6 hours straight. she couldn't keep a straight line and fell over more than 6 times at least. when she arrived eventually at us we struggled to get out "what the hell was that? why didn't you slow down?" and she simply replied i thought it was a push gate. for the following week Kathryn remained with the reminder of the incident from the big marks across her face where it hit the iron bars. and to this day me and my friends involved wee ourselves thinking about it and on many occasions end up being the main event when discussing embarrassing moments.
